For years, I led from the head, high-achieving, always giving, always doing. But it was through unraveling, through burnout, that I learned to lead from somewhere deeper: the breath, the body, the truth of who we really are.
Now, I hold space for women to come home to themselves, not through hustle or perfection, but through presence, softness, and sovereignty.
