Why Succesum Leadership?
The name. Succesum est summa successuum — the sum of successes. Real success is cumulative and shared. It is built from small, repeated, intentional decisions by the leader, the team and the organisation together, not one person rising alone.
The origin. Succesum started in Stockholm in 2015 with one purpose: to support leaders in becoming their best. The belief from day one has been that if I can help you be successful in your leadership and your organisation, then I am successful. The shared success is the only true success.
The difference. Business coaching rigour and 90-day execution in the same room as nervous-system awareness and burnout prevention. Most coaches offer one or the other.
