My mission is to help leaders and organisations grow with intention, lead with courage, and create lasting impact. Leadership isn't only about achieving results — it's about how you create them, how you influence others, and who you become in the process.
I work with entrepreneurs, senior leaders and leadership teams to strengthen performance, navigate complexity and build resilient, successful organisations. I bring a results-oriented approach to growth, leadership development and organisational effectiveness — grounded in proven frameworks and honest, practical conversation.
Alongside that, I bring nearly twenty years in Human Resources across Swedish and international environments — employee relations, compliance, labour law, performance management and senior leadership support. I've partnered with management teams, led HR functions, and advised on complex organisational and people matters.
My work is grounded in sociology, executive coaching, NLP and behavioural transformation, and strengthened by breathwork and resilience facilitation — which helps leaders prevent burnout, deepen inner leadership and perform at their best.
I'm known for a style that is both compassionate and direct: analytical sharpness with authenticity and honesty. I'll ask about your numbers and about your sleep, because in my experience they're the same conversation.

Why Succesum
Where the name comes from
Succesum est summa successuum — the sum of successes. The name is a reminder that real success is never a solo event. It is the accumulated result of many small, intentional steps taken by the leader, the team and the organisation together.
Succesum Leadership was born in Stockholm in 2015 with one clear purpose: to support leaders in becoming their best. From the beginning, the belief was simple — if I can help you be successful in your leadership and in your organisation, then I am successful. Your growth and my work only matter when they are connected to real, shared outcomes.
That is why the shared success is the only true success. It is not about one person rising while others carry the cost. It is about leadership that creates momentum for everyone it touches — the leader, the team, the culture and the business itself.
Today the practice is global, blending conscious leadership, business strategy and authentic human connection. The reach has expanded, but the core has stayed grounded: business coaching, executive coaching and senior HR leadership in one practitioner, so the work can cover the leader, the team and the system — rather than one and hope for the others.

Succesum Leadership is the name of the practice — the consultancy founded in Stockholm in 2015, carried by its own mark: the infinity of growth and shared success. When you work with Succesum, you work with the promise behind that name.
The Jessica Schultz seal is the personal mark — the circle that holds the work, the voice you hear on Resilient Voices, and the person in the room beside you. It stands for resilient leadership: inspiration and insights, shared in honest conversation.
