Corporate wellness
Calmer teams start with the breath
Functional breathing, breathwork and stress-prevention education for organisations — practical tools your people can actually use, delivered where the pressure happens.
Why the breath
Stress prevention, not stress management
Most workplace wellbeing arrives after the damage is done. Breathwork works earlier in the chain — the breath is the fastest lever anyone has on their own nervous system, and it is available in every meeting, deadline and difficult conversation.
When pressure builds, the body reacts before the mind does: shallow breathing, tight shoulders, a narrowing of attention. Left alone, that state becomes the culture — reactive decisions, short tempers, people running on fumes.
Functional breathing and breathwork interrupt that loop at the source. People learn how their nervous system responds to pressure, and simple practices that shift it — before a hard conversation, after a tough call, in the middle of a demanding quarter.
The result isn't incense and cushions. It is a team with more capacity: steadier under pressure, quicker to recover, and less likely to burn out in the first place.
Prevention is cheaper — humanly and financially — than recovery.
What I bring
Programmes for organisations
Every programme is tailored — team size, format and depth are set together. Online, or in person in Lisbon, Stockholm and internationally.
Functional breathing workshops
Practical sessions on how breathing actually works — and simple tools your people can use before a difficult meeting, mid-afternoon slump or a stressful week.
Stress-prevention education
Teaching on why the breath matters for preventing stress: how the nervous system responds to pressure at work, and how to work with it instead of against it.
Guided group breathwork sessions
Facilitated sessions that let a whole team slow down together — a genuine reset, not another item on the wellbeing checklist.
9D breathwork journeys
Immersive, multi-layered sound journeys for offsites, team days and retreats — also available through venue partnerships with studios and wellness spaces.
Leadership resilience programmes
For managers and leaders: breath and nervous-system regulation woven into the Resilient Leader framework, so the team's climate starts at the top.
Ongoing wellness series
A regular cadence — monthly or quarterly — so regulation becomes a habit in the culture rather than a one-off event.
Self-paced online course
A breathwork course your people can follow in their own time — useful for distributed teams or as a follow-up after a live session.

From first conversation to working practice
No off-the-shelf package. We start with what your organisation is actually facing, and build from there.
- 01
A conversation
Thirty minutes to understand your team, your goals and what stress currently costs you. Free, and honest about whether breathwork is the right lever.
- 02
A tailored proposal
A format, cadence and scope that fits your calendar and culture — from a single workshop to a full programme.
- 03
Delivery
Sessions that are practical and paced to the room. People leave with tools they use the same week.
- 04
Follow-through
The online course, follow-up sessions or an ongoing series — so the practice holds after the novelty fades.
